Our three teams of fitters have had over 25 years of continuous service. With Rusden’s the quality of their work is second to none, not often found these days in the age of multiples.

Our delivery team offer a careful home delivery service. We can deliver almost anywhere depending on the purchase. Last year our team delivered a Vi-Spring bed and headboard to Zurich, delivered on time, placed in the bedroom, removed all packaging and returned back to the UK in less than 28 hours.

We pride ourselves in customising our service to suit customer’s needs. All Stressless furniture will be treated with leather cream on delivery to ensure it is properly protected before you even sit on it.

When goods arrive into our warehouse from our suppliers, we thoroughly inspect them and place them into custom made protectors with handles to help carry them. We then arrange delivery on a day and time that is convenient with the customer. We do ask customers to advise us of any unusual situations, e.g. narrow staircases, flats on the 6th floor and no lift, difficult addresses to find, so we can plan and resolve any problems before they arrive. All of these things help to make deliveries more efficient.
